  • Delivery Rates
  • The cost of delivery (including packing of the item(s) and postage charge) depends upon the weight of the product(s) chosen and the country it is being delivered to.
    You will be shown the precise delivery cost once you have stated your delivery country on the Basket page.

  • Estimated Delivery Times
  • We will endeavour to process your order within 3 business day (e.g. Monday – Friday) upon receipt of payment.
    Estimated delivery times are as follows (*) :
    Europe: 1-7 business days
    Rest of World: 7-30 business days
    Please note: If your order contains a pre-order item, all your items will be dispatched to arrive in line with the pre-order's release date.
    All items in one order are shipped together, we do not offer partial shipment.
    (*) This is a guide only and delivery times should not be understood as guaranteed.

  • Pre-orders
  • A pre-order is an order placed for a product which has not yet been released.
    You can find the product release date alongside the product in store.
    We offer pre-orders to make sure that you can reserve your copy of the product before the actual release.
    We will then endeavour prompt delivery to you on date of release providing you have placed your order enough in advance.

  • Where is my Order ?
  • In the majority of cases, if you haven't received your order within the expected delivery times (listed in 'Estimated Delivery Times') it may be due to:
    - Pre-Orders: If your order contains a pre-order item, all your items will be dispatched to arrive in line with the pre-order's release date.
    All items in one order are shipped together, we do not offer partial shipment.
    - Out of Stock item: If your order contains a product which is currently not in stock we will contact you to offer you a replacement item or a refund.
    - At your local Post Office: Your order has in fact been dispatched but the postal service/courier could not find or deliver your package (e.g. if you weren't at home to receive it or sign for it).
    Please check for a delivery card from the post office in your mail box.
    - Incorrect Delivery Address: If your delivery address was entered incorrectly during checkout and the postal service cannot find your address the package will be sent back to us and your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
    Please also check your email (and SPAM folder) in case Customer Services have already emailed you about a problem with your delivery or a delay to the dispatch of your order and the likely new dispatch date.

    REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONSbtn_down

  • Returns Policy
  • You have a right to cancel your purchase of Product(s) from the Site within one month of the date on which you received such Product(s). and receive a refund as set out below.
    To exercise your right to cancel, you may notify us at contact@wild-official-band.com within one month of receipt of your Product(s).
    You have no right of cancellation in the event that you have unsealed (i.e. opened) audio or video Products received from us.
    Technical Problems and Defective Products : Occasionally, technical problems may delay or prevent delivery of a purchased Product.
    In the event that you receive a defective physical Product, we recommend that you contact us at contact@wild-official-band.com.
    Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your Product as this may be needed should there be a fault.
    Provided that you return such defective physical product to us, we will (on your election) either send you a replacement physical product, or provide you with a full refund.
    We will cover the cost of any defective physical Product returned by you up to the value of standard postage.

  • Cancel your order
  • To cancel/return your order or certain item(s) of your order please contact us stating your order number and the item(s) that you want to return/cancel.

  • Return item(s)
  • If you want to return any of the items you have received for any reason you have the right to cancel your purchase according to the terms laid out in our returns policy.

    Note that you will be required to pay the return postage for returning any unwanted items.

  • Damaged or Defective Item(s)
  • If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, contact us stating your order number and the item(s) that you want to return/exchange.
    You will need to return the original product to us and place a new order for the item you'd like to purchase.
    Upon receipt of the product(s) (providing the item is as new and not in bad condition or otherwise damaged) we will provide you with a full refund.
    Note that you will be required to pay the return postage for returning any unwanted items.

  • Exchange an Item
  • If you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us stating your order number and the item(s) that you want to return.
    We'll pay the cost of the return delivery and will provide you with a pre-paid, personalised return label.
    Upon receipt of the package we will either send you a replacement product (if there is available stock), or provide you with a full refund.
